Right of Withdrawal

A) In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer takes physical possession of the product.

B) If the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must send an email to support@sunglassesbrands.it within the period set out in the previous point:

C) a written notice prepared on the Customer’s own initiative, duly signed, clearly stating their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and containing the following information:

– A statement confirming the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal;

– The name of the product or products to be returned and the relevant quantities;

– The bank details required to receive the refund by bank transfer (ABI code – CAB code – Current Account);

– The email address or fax number that SunglassesBrands should use to provide updates on the return.

C) Under applicable law, the shipping costs for returning the goods to SunglassesBrands are borne by the Customer.

D) The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging and complete with all parts, including any packaging, documentation and accessories, together with the accompanying tax documentation.

E) The Customer is responsible for packaging the products being returned. Each product must be packed correctly so that it can withstand shipment by express courier. If the original packaging is no longer available, packaging of an equivalent or higher standard must be used.

F) Within 14 (fourteen) days of sending the withdrawal notice in accordance with these instructions, the Customer must return the purchased product to SunglassesBrands at the following address: SunglassesBrands, Via Ferrante Imparato 190, 80146 Naples, Italy.

G) Returned products that are damaged will not be accepted and/or refunded*.

H) Subject to verifying compliance with all the conditions above, SunglassesBrands will refund the amount paid for the products covered by the withdrawal as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which SunglassesBrands was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with these instructions. SunglassesBrands may withhold the refund until it has received the returned product or, if earlier, until the Customer provides proof that the product has been sent back.

I) The shipping costs paid for the original delivery of the goods are not refundable to the Customer.
